Picked Up a Refurbished Mini PC Until I Fix My Gaming Rig. Will This Work?
I recommend removing windows and reinstalling it, kamrui is one of those brands where there was malware inside. It has 16GB of RAM, excellent. However, I found that RAM and NMVE are inferior in quality compared to well-known brands. I'm telling you just for information, let's say that a branded ram,

I need a recommendation for a cheap mini pc
Based on your budget OP, this mini pc is $340 has 32GB RAM, 512 GB storage, and a 3 year warranty. The CPU is a Ryzen 5 which should handle the games you mentioned. The 16GB model is $20 cheaper but given the volatility of memory prices, I'd get this configuration now. https://www.amazon.com/KAMRUI-

[Advice] Thinking about switching from laptop to Mini PC
Hey there! Totally get where you're coming from with the laptop-as-desktop setup. It sounds like you've already done most of the work to make it a stationary machine, and with your Zenbook for portability, a Mini PC for your main desk setup makes a ton of sense. Plus, a fresh start can be really mot

Having a bad few weeks but then Arch let's me feel smart and good about myself when troubleshooting
Couldn't find the link, but the brand is KAMRUI, and the model is GK3PLUS. Surprisingly, it has 16 GB of RAM and has a 512 GB SSD. The cpu is an Alder Lake N95, has 4 cores, and is single threaded, I think it was clocking at 3.2 ghz , but it doesn't need to be anything strong. The Bluetooth controll

Best $300 PC / Mini PC for smooth Windows + good light gaming?
Aoostar and Kamrui both have some under $400. Problem atm is the price of the ram and the more affordable options might have it soldiered on board. Not upgrade-able but its often faster DDR5 ram. You could save a fair amount just by waiting for DDR5 sodimm pricing to come down or get a LPDDR model w

Thoughts on this model mini pc?
N95 or N97 should be better because they have a significantly higher TDP and also can support DDR5 RAM. Also just get a GMKTec or maybe Kamrui, all mini-PC makers are somewhat sketch but I've never heard of Blackview

Recommendations for a near silent mini pc?
Funny that you're posting this about a Geekom. I don't have the same needs as you, but in Dec 2025 bought the A5 model from Amazon. It was quite noisy when I was using it and when it was idle, the power light would cycle on/off with yet a different more irritating noise. I didn't contact Geekom. The
