When jura says that theyre not sure if 270$ will cover the repair, it simply means they might lose money on the repair, it doesnt mean your ena wont be properly fixed

Put our Jura ENA 8 to pasture…
I had a weird issue early on with my ENA 8 at around 1000 cups. It just stopped working one day, I did send it back, they fixed it and upon return it only worked for 1 more day, they took it back and I swear what was returned to me was brand new besides the counter clock. Good experience here from J
