Same issue with my combo 10. The one I bought and the replacement iRobot sent after showing them this same issue both worked fine for 2 weeks then does this.Tried doing alcohol on wheels. Just bought the roborock and am very happy with it. Pretty surprised at how well it worked. 10x better than the iRobot 705 max combo I bought and had to return within 2 weeks of use.

We have the same problem with the Max 705 Combo. It is stupid as the Roomba does a Vac and Mop okay. Support have walked away from the problem and have offered a refund.

My new Roomba 705 is a POS. And their tech support might as well just go home. They're not even trying

hey!! i called support and explained it to them. they no longer make the roomba 10. because of this they sent me the roomba 705!!!! you should call and see what they can do for you

Roomba/iRobot. Loyal owner for over 12 years. Replaced my retired i7+ their current top of the line 705 Max. Within the first month, the base suction would not empty the receptacle in the robot to the dust bin. Had to do a dog and pony show for their customer service. They sent me a full replacement
