So the street Photography grip is nicer than i thought

I can only speak from my own experience, and I’m definitely not trying to say one product line is objectively better than the other. For context, I travel quite a bit and I also create content for local businesses. Those projects usually involve a more sophisticated setup, but because of the nature

360 Cameras

hi, it is a personal preference. I have the X5. (X3 is less performant). I was in action camera GoPro since 5 series. I used Insta360 AcePro and AcePro 2 - fantastic cameras. But my problem when skiing or MTB for instance, is that I do not see myself, or the right angle POV, or the shot wasn’t frame

One thing I had to unlearn after switching to the Insta360 Ace Pro 2

Ace Pro2 I made about 100 video recordings in last two weeks. The Ace Pro2 is a great action camera. After struggling with GoPro for two years, losing key footage, I ditched it and bought this Insta box. Here are my key takeaways that somehow did not show up in the (many) reviews and youtube video's I

Is Ace Pro 3 even launching?

If you already own and like the X5, buying the GoPro pulls you out of that ecosystem and now you’re mixing color science, apps, workflows, accessories, and editing styles across brands. Do you already own an action camera? Because if you have an Insta360 Ace Pro 2 or DJI Action 5 or 6 already, I hon

I put some thought into this too So apparently outside the US prices are unchanged and you can get cheaper with exchange rate and tax refunds. So there’s always that if you travel a lot cause apparently they have global manufacturer warranty now if bought from authorized retailer. They’re still here

Which camera?

DJI or Insta360. I ended up with the ace pro 2. I preferred the colors on normal mode, I didn’t want to do much color adjustments. I also like their app better. I like GoPro when it’s sunny out. It’s a great image when the light is good. DJI and Insta have much better lower light ability. But it’s t

Any recommendations

I tried all three as a travel camera in my work backpack. GoPro is the best if you're always in sunlight. DJI action 5 and Insta Ace Pro 2 both do great all around. I picked the insta360 ace pro 2 because I liked the image straight out of camera better, I liked the audio better, and I liked the app

lowkey hope they never release the Ace Pro 3

Insta360 have to meet some spec to be able to put the leica logo on. The hardware i believe to be better than phone. But phone software are wayyyyy better. So, if you want a good photo from ace pro 2. Shoot raw and then post process.

Insta ace pro 2

I got the Ace Pro 2 Xplorer Bundle Thursday for a job I needed to shoot. If you don't have the Pro Grip, spend the extra money for it. While the basic grip will work, having the ability to switch features via button/dial is a game changer. Get the Mic Air if you don't have it, because it works as a

Is Ace Pro 3 even launching?

It was interesting that the Ace Pro 2 didn’t get a major update when the Action 6 launched, but I think Insta360 viewed the updated photography housing, new lenses and the more camera-focused features added in fall 2025 as their “update.” Arguably those changes were about as meaningful as the relati
