Got hit on Bedford and Farragut Rd
I have a 11 year old GoPro hero 4 that still does the job in great quality. Rear camera was the garmin varia which is pricey but excellent

Sub 250g for professional shoots
I do client work on an O4 Pro. For me, it is no longer worth it shooting on a GoPro, at least not on the ones I own (Hero 11): D-Log M matches easier with my ground cameras as I usually do not deliver drone only content and, I haven’t had any trouble with it on any flying condition, not even dark wa

Best sub250g with GoPro Setup?
Can I just say after reading your comments that O4 Pro footage IS good enough for you. it is quite literally the DJI action 4. The trade off between the O4 Pro and the GoPro Hero 11/12/13 is DJI has more dynamic range and low light capability, but GoPro has more resolution/sharpness for true 4K deli

head cam recommendations
DJI Osmo Action for me - only recommendation is to steer clear of the GoPro Hero 11 Mini, the lack of removable battery means that many new and second hand ones are dead on arrival

late season fast pow at Kirkwood
Don’t mind the haters. A fragile ego feeds on discounting others. That line was gnarly and so is the footage. I take a ton of skiing videos with my GoPro (hero 11) both in linear and wide angle. Personally, it feels like the videos look slower than I’m moving during the run, so you must have absolut

Komodo was the best dive I’ve experienced thus far!
Go Pro Hero 11. The footage is actually really good if you hold still while diving and then color correct in post-production.

Deadhead in the Lake
I used a GoPro Hero 11 for this. It's (supposedly) waterproof with no case until 33ft but I've never tested that myself. Anything from the Hero 7 onwards is able to produce similar image quality in my experience and you can often find used ones online.

Couple content
The go pro DOES connect to the phone, it transfers the videos to your phone to an app. I use the hero13 currently. But honestly I liked my hero11 better. (I lost it while swimming and decided to buy the newest version as a replacement 😏)

Riding with a camera or no?
I've been riding with a camera since 2022. I have both a GoPro Hero 11 and an Insta360. If I was buying again today, personally, I wouldn't bother with the GoPro. Nothing to do with quality, but the number of times the forward facing view didn't capture something meant it was next to useless. I tend

Caught something the the other night....
Was on a night hike the other day saw several shooting stars, this was defiantly the best I had ever seen! Recorded with our POV adaptor while mounted on a helmet, using a GoPro Hero 11 and a Gen 3 L3 UF PVS-14
