IK is driving me insane, should I return my product ?
I had a similar experience with the iLoud MTM; bought second hand from an IK dealer, no serial numbers, I’m unable to update. Customer service basically told me to go F myself.

Tidal Exclusive Mode Suddenly Jumps to Max Volume on Song Change (Audeze Maxwell)
This has happened to me when using external DACs, when switching tracks or albums, and just yesterday it pumped of pair iLoud MTM studio monitors to max volume. Kinda over it eh. Moved over to Spotify for now with their lossless coming soon.
