Sometimes switching from mobile data to wifi or wifi to mobile helps. Sometimes using a VPN helps (hotspot shield/psiphon are well working free vpns).

Try hotspot shield, super vpn, gecko vpn, or Psiphon. They’re all free and work just fine. They have some paid locations tho.

Yes, my VPN "Hotspot Shield" Was causing a conflict. Simply turning off my VPN, starting Discord, and then restarting my VPN fixed it. I even used some programming knowledge of mine to make a little program that automates it lol.
