First pull from Breville Bambino with Krups blade grinder - do I actually need to upgrade to a burr grinder?
Or how good you want your espresso to taste. (All else being equal. I used to think my delonghi super automatic machine made "excellent" espresso...that is until I got a semi-automatic hibrew h10B and a $75 conical burr grinder and discovered just how badly WRONG I WAS. The taste was night and day.

New to Espresso, just ordered my first machine and needing advice and tips!
Yes, that’s understandable when people are new to espresso. But the grinder makes or breaks the taste of the coffee. Uniformity and consistency of the grounds dictates repeatabilty and predictability of the shots. Most people set bigger budget on a grinder, than on the espresso machine. But if you i

Timemore Bricks 01S espresso grind
Your machine is a hibrew h10b. Are you using it with the pressurized basket? I'm guessing not, but that would make all the difference between fast and slow shots. That machine is also 51mm, so you'll have thicker pucks - more resistance, can grind coarser. So if you grind at 1 and that's 15 clicks,

Coffee addicts lol... I need your help
Machines with the best quality/price ratio are: Delonghi ECP35.31 (features a good stainless steel boiler which keeps temps highly stable; simple design, no thermoblock so it is the easiest to maintain/repair) — around 120$ Hibrew H10B (PID regulator to your temperature of choice) — around 120$ Hibr

After 2 years i think i have my endgame. Now i need your opinions.
Next lvl : stepdown basket, or "downgrade" to a 51mm machine. My espresso quality jumped through the roof going from Lelit and Gaggia 58mm to a cheap Hibrew H10B which uses 51mm. Deeper pucks make a big difference.

Trying to understand the pressure gauge in my machine [HiBREW h10B]
I think you should try a bottomless portafilter with the stock hibrew basket for double shot. I am about to buy a new basket also. But with the stock basket you can go with 17 grams in and 34 out.14-18 is the double dose of espresso. Everyone use this because double shot baskets are easier and provi

My First Espresso Setup: HiBREW H10B + G5 [280€ total]
I had to do lots of adjustments like 16'5 level of grind but the 16g 95ºc 7 secs worked fine as fuck thanks man i got half my espresso to be crema and the flavour was peak (About the grind I use a bottomless neouzza which I believe is finer than the hibrew bottomless)

When will the brand loyalty stop?
I own / have owned La Marzocco LM, Lelit Bianca, Ascaso and more.Hibrew H10B is my FAVOURITE and most used espresso machine despite being a fraction of the price. In my testing its thermal stability is identical, not worse, and 51mm filter size helps so much with extraction. And yes if you open thes
