Best in the budget. I watched a lot of Tom’s coffee on YT and found it the best in this segment. Hibrew H10A machine was another option but idk I felt it was a sport to use it. I didn’t go much deeper than this maybe with time I will upgrade. I also got timemore C2S grinder

I’ve seen a lot of videos including lance hendrick and James Hoffman just unable to get the texture right , was able to get it once in 15-20 tries so far How much time do you aerate w hibrew h10a
