H10A

Best in the budget. I watched a lot of Tom’s coffee on YT and found it the best in this segment. Hibrew H10A machine was another option but idk I felt it was a sport to use it. I didn’t go much deeper than this maybe with time I will upgrade. I also got timemore C2S grinder

In my opinion, you choose the right one. The delonghi 890 is better than Hibrew H10A in many ways. Excluding the steam wand (890's steam wand is good, just that it takes bit a more time to get the steam power up ).

I was looking at this machine only but heard a lot on weak steaming power hence was having second thought. The other combo i am looking at is Hibrew h10a and g5 grinder or i go with Delonghi La specialista opera around 65k

Yes i was planning to get that too but in flair I can Pressure profile the shots easily, whereas in hibrew h10a there is Machine maintenance, complex parts( chances of getting damaged) descaling etc, and then there were plastic pipes through which hot water flows, so i decided to go for a more simpl

For that budget, I might spend heavy on the grinder, and light on the machine. Then upgrade the machine after several years (only IF unsatisfied). Hi saw the lance trick, he did it in the machine hibrew h10a, which doesn't have 3 way solenoid (which this machine has), so when he stopped/paused the pressure didn't release. So that won't work in this machine.
