50k just isn't enough for machine + grinder and the longevity you seek. Based on your requirements, the cheapest setup would be a Gaggia e24 and cipher 64 which would be 80k+. For 50k, you might be able to squeeze in delonghi dedica/ hibrew h10a with bartaza encore esp or df54 with a small stretch.

Dedica ec890 for 15-20k budget and hibrew h10a for around 30k budget. H10A comes with a few qol upgrades which make it a better machine but not worth twice as much imo. +1, Also try disabling the preinfusion, I own a hibrew h10a and the preinfusion wasn’t helping at all, what I learned later after disabling the preinfusion is, start the shot for 2 3 seconds then stop, usually I will stop before even a drop comes out, then wait 30 seconds give it some time to bloom,

In my opinion, you choose the right one. The delonghi 890 is better than Hibrew H10A in many ways. Excluding the steam wand (890's steam wand is good, just that it takes bit a more time to get the steam power up ).

I was looking at this machine only but heard a lot on weak steaming power hence was having second thought. The other combo i am looking at is Hibrew h10a and g5 grinder or i go with Delonghi La specialista opera around 65k
