OWL G3006 a good choice?

Before I bought the Gemilai, I bought a h10a, it doesn't have a 3 way solenoid. Stepping up to the h10+ gets you a 3 way solenoid valve.... What am I doing wrong 🙁

I have seen multiple videos of HiBrew H10A and Plus, none of them have guage jumping up and down like this. You should share this video with FixCoffee(assuming you bought from them) and ask what's up with this.
