Best electrolyte source/ ileostomy hydration tips
Gatorade my beloved, it has saved me from dehydration many a time! If you’re worried about the sugar just get the gatorlyte or lower sugar ones. I also use the hell out of hi-lyte; they’re flavorless electrolyte drops I keep in my water at all times

what electrolytes don't taste like candy or salt bombs?
Hi-Lyte Low Sodium Electrolyte Supplement. It doesn’t taste great but its not sweet or salty.
