heygears rs, its a setup you buy if you really dont wanna faff. with resin printing id recommend spending that bit extra if you can... so you aren't put off the hobby. Resin printing is effort compared to fdm so id advise get a printer that works well, so you can learn the hobby and not be trying to

The Mars 5 will be fine. You'll eventually get a failure and have to learn to deal with it. However, you should be able to reasonably take it out of the box, put resin in it, hit print, and get a mini. Just make sure you don't cheap out on resin. I’d agree mostly with this poster but resin is still going to be a much messier process than fdm printing by its very nature. I own a Heygears reflex turbo rs and have worked with other printers and software. It really is easier in my opinion and when it does have issues the customer support feature
