ADHD office chair
That sounds like you’re looking for a Herman Miller Aeron! I have one as well and I love the smooth spin plus the bouncing. You can also get them cheaper second hand since they start at about 1.5k.It’s pricey but also worth the price since the quality is really good and you can keep it forever (plus

Office Chair Advice
I looked at that chair too, but decided it would,be awful for my knees and posture. I decided to go with the Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair after sitting in a bunch of chairs at their show room. It feels like a hug for my body. 😂 It’s super expensive, but totally worth it, if you can. For me, I spend a

Places to buy office chairs other than office Depot and staples?
I got a basically brand new Herman Miller Mirra 2 from NWC Office Furniture for like $250. They are a liquidator and there is a ton of high quality stuff if you want a proper, ergonomic, office chair that will last forever.

Side note: if you can get your hands on an old Herman-Miller "Mirra" chair, absolutely do so! I have one that was going to be thrown away when a local office replaced all of its chairs, and it's one of the best office chairs I've ever used.

how would you spend $1000?
Chair. I would get the Mirra 2 from Herman Miller. I used one when I worked in a call center and they Iet me borrow it when I worked from home during the pandemic lockdowns. I could spend my whole 8 hour shift my it and then maybe an hour or two doing my own things at my desk. It was amazing. I've g

Office Chair Advice
I also work from home in 10 hrs shifts and was experiencing severe pain with my first 4 office chairs (my boyfriend’s old chair, and 3 separate models from Ikea) I have a Herman miller mirra chair I got on marketplace for 150$. If you wait long enough you will find one secondhand. I highly recommend

I’m 40… it’s finally time for a real chair. What should I get?
I got a Herman Miller Mirra chair off Facebook marketplace for $50. Hands down the best chair I’ve ever owned. Great for the office and gaming. Check marketplace for some Herman millers that offices are liquidating. You can get some insanely good deals

Remote workers what specific piece of office hardware completely saved your posture or productivity
Herman Miller Mirra 2. Seriously. If you’re sitting for 8 hours a day you need something to support your posture. Also Dell Ultrasharp 4K monitor. The monitors at work are from 2008 and fuzzy as hell. Lastly Keychron mechanical keyboard. Game changer.

What’s something that cost over $1,000 but felt totally worth it after you bought it?
The Mirra, also by Herman Miller, is superior to the Aeron is every way. It was a total redesign that dropped the waste and embodied energy immensely (plus, away more recyclable) but with the same sitting dynamics.
