i ordered the Hbada E3 Air around 3 and a half to 4 weeks ago as a christmas gift…. still hasn’t shown up and the customer service is appalling, they offer no help or answers to issues that are raised by customers which is very aggravating due to it being a lot of money for them to be holding onto,

Was looking to buy a new chair and went from Secret Lab to Hinomi and then Hbada. Was somewhat happy to settle around 550€ and then saw the X7. Pricey, but if all that jazz works as advertised... I think it might just be the best 1200€ spent on a chair. Found only one clip on YT and... I mean it fee

I don't know which one is best. But I got the HBADA X7 for 1300€ and it absolutely sucks! It has decent back support but weak head support and the seat is uncomfortable. I don't care about the heating and the vents and the massages when the main purpose (sitting) is faulty.
