Yes Zody is a significantly better chair than Very. I think Zody is the best Haworth chair. Zody is an excellent chair and as a software developer, the forward tilt is a must for you. I've used and had multiple zodies, all basic black version with fabric seat but I don't know if any or all had the supposedly optional memory foam insert (at least itnused to be an option in some brochures I saw yeelars back).
