Chair recommendations and where to look for a deal
All of those are fine, if they fit you. I'm about your size and felt like the Soji was nowhere near fitting me but is otherwise a nice chair. They do have a Soji XL that's great.... But it's $1000 more which is absolutely BS. All your other choices are around the Fern's price. I do love the Aeron, b

Advice for a new chair for someone with chronic pain
I have chronic back pain from long hours at my desk. The best thing I did was get a sit stand desk. Whenever my back hurts I stand. It's doing wonders. If you're only at your desk for 3-5 hours it would probably be doable to just stand. I usually do half and half and am often at my desk 10+ hours wh
