No, there's plenty of other high end chairs that are more movement oriented. The gesture is a pretty "stiff" chair. Something with a hybrid back design like the Haworth fern could be good, or even something as out there as the HAG Capisco

Does it have to be a Herman Miller chair or an office chair that has back adjustability? Aeron's are sort of a specific chair as with it's mesh back and mesh chair, you have to sit in a certain position in order to work. I have a Haworth Fern right now and it's really good for my back.
