Is the "Type 2 Pro-6 controller" (6-button fightpad) good for fighting games?

I have tried the Gulikit Elves 2. I ended up returning it for one reason. Kinda disappointed

I liked the floating dpads on these controllers on basically everything except fighting games. The elves are clunky mainly because the dpad is in a divot. Unbox The Mobapad Chitu 2 HD Silent Edition
