You are right about 2.4ghz being the best, but 2.4 ghz dongles have pretty small ranges. With the Pc in another room, you might not be able to connect, or you’ll drop inputs frequently. If you go to gamepadla.com they list the controllers with the lowest Bluetooth latency. You could try one of those
