Why Steam Controller (2026) has no competition at $99 and what big reviewers simply don't get

Pretty sure a Gulikit TT Max is like €50 on AliExpress and has all of those things (barring trackpads obviously), and extras like trigger stops. Same with 8bitdo Ultimate 2, though instead of 4 back paddles it's 2 back paddles and 2 extra number buttons (still 4 extra buttons). Both also have a high

New Gyro feature called "Gripsense" in the new Steam Controller

This did just kill my purchase of the new Gulikit TT Max that's for sure. This is my end game controller for sure. I'm glad to see that it's finally official. I also trust Valve know what they're doing and can't wait for whenever this becomes available to purchase. Hopefully preorders open soon.

Controller for pc gaming under 10k?

I have heard manba one v2 is pretty good but do not know much about it. Flydigi vader 5 pro is probably the best under 10k. You can adjust tension of joysticks.(buy it in gadgethyper website.) I have used g7 pro and it is pretty good. I have pre-ordered for the g7 pro 8k. It is releasing in 2 months

What Controller do you use for Docked Play?

I normally use a PS4 controller on PC. It broke so I picked this one up. I hated the feel for some reason. Too narrow maybe. Trigger buttons were in a weird spot. I also found the select and start buttons to be in really uncomfortable hard to reach places if you need them frequently while on analogu

should i switch to a dualsense edge?

I was on the same boat, and ended up giving a GuliKit TT Max a try. It costs 1/3rd ($70) of other premium controllers. I'm never going back, I love this thing!

Worth the price?

Checkout GuliKit TT Max. Ive just retired my scuf envision pro for one of those. 1/3rd of the price and it is a solid controller

Controller for pc gaming under 10k?

Vader 5 pro belonged to my friend. Just under a 1000 I think but it is different experience each time with custom and he did not get the V2. Maybe you will get V2 now. Edit: I want to give an update on gulikit tt max. You can get in aknes website for a really good price.

I really want to get the SCUF Omega but I've heard horror stories of the build quality, is this one good for once or am I better off using the Steam Controller 2 instead?

I recommend not going with Scuf. I loved the side buttons and the back buttons experience, but it is projected to fail you right after warranty is over. I switched over to Gulikit TT Max and I am genuinely impressed. It's 1/3rd of the price, TMR, back buttons, you name it, plus it doesn't use the cr

My 15 dollar controller has taken me far but its time to retire it after nearly 5 years. What's the best budget choice of controller for RL?

If you like symmetrical sticks, get the Gulikit TT Pro (or TT Max if it’s on sale again, I got mine for $60 but think the MSRP is $80).
