Do you guys drink energy drinks for long rides? Or just eat food (like carbs) for energy plus electrolyte drink (like Pocari Sweat)?
Usually tubig lang and buko. Pero nitong last reverse laguna loop na napakainit, buti nagdala ako ng GU hydration tabs.
