Glorious is a "gamerbro" company and charge way over the line for what you get. The Monsgeek M1 v5 VIA is kind of "best in class" for a consumer 75% aluminum board. I would unconditionally pick that over a GMMK anything.

I don't think you can go wrong with either of those choices. I think you can pretty much condense the question down to whether you want a gimmicky screen or not. On the surface they're very similar boards with similar feature sets, and at similar price points. The main difference is the design and construction - the V6 is 'gasket mount', the switches are on a (very nice quality!) custom circuit board, which is mounted between foam gaskets in the plastic case
