This at $340 is more than plenty for basic office computing. Beelink Ser5 Max The non-Max version would work as well at $280. Beelink Ser5 Edit: my bad, just saw the 1tb requirement. Those Beelinks above have a second ssd slot that you could add more storage with. Something like this would work. GMK

From some personal experience it's less about heat and more about humidity. If it's a dry heat, you're wanting a mini PC with the best ventilation and the most fans the assist in cooling. Mini PCs might be worth looking at for your use case. Four options that fit the budget and are overkill for Minecraft with mods: Aoostar MACO 6850H ($429 USD, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD) AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850H, 8 cores, up to 4.7GHz Radeon 680M integrated graphics (RDNA 2, handles modded Minecraft without iss

the closest thing to your price point that has exactly what you're looking for is the gmktec m7 Ultra...mind you, that it has a different chassis than the m8 so you might have a better experience with the problems you had with the m8...and you can indeed disable the igpu on it according to the manua
