How do I connect my Ps5 to the hotel WiFi?
If you’re there for a while, it may be worth getting a travel router. It connects to the hotel Wi-Fi and then acts like your own home router would for your PS5 and other devices. That generally gets around the hotel login page issue. The GL.iNet Slate 7 is one of the nicer ones, but there are cheape

I replaced ASUS’s Q-Antenna quick-connect with RP-SMA
Nothing too formal (just speed tests), but there wasn’t any degradation in speed or signal quality; I got 500 mbps up/down (what I pay for) before and after the mod. I have a GL-iNET Slate 7

How many people use Mevo Multicam App with 3 or more Cameras to Stream/Record Games? Would love to know your setup-(Cameras, Connections, Routers/WiFi, etc.).
Hey da51d. I thought I replied to you, but now I am not seeing it. I apologize for the delay. I run two Slate 7’s. Very good and strong routers. They offer both 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and the MLO which is supposed to be 6 GHz, but doesn’t actually use the frequency range of 6Ghz.its more like a blended 2.4

Center field camera?
Hey-sorry so late to the party. For the Over the Shoulder-Pitcher to Batter shot, you cannot go wrong with the VM33 and its 40X hybrid Zoom. However, as I tell some of my friends, it really depends on what you want to spend (which I believe you indicated $0 if you could get away with it), high def c

Wi-Fi only apartment
GL.iNet travel routers would provide you with the bridge back to wired Ethernet for you home lab and give you the option for a personal SSID. The new GL-BE3600 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 and 2.5G networking. You won’t get that speed out to the internet, but it can make moving files internally faster.

Travel router on MSc cruise
Wow I didn't know that MSC would lock down their cruise ship network so securely. I'm happy that you guys are sharing this information because my family and I plan to cruise with them soon. I will say that I can't imagine how MSC is much more secured then Royal Caribbean cruise ships. I literally go

best travel router for frequent travel and hotel stay?
I use GL.iNET Slate 7 and Spitz AX, though the latter is what I usually use. There is usually a hit or miss with authentication, but the majority of hotels ive been using it at, ive had no issues at all. Just make sure the MAC address is static.

Flint 3 for outdoor travel router vs. Slate AX or Slate 7 or 7Pro?
Hey-thanks. Yes-you and I spoke previously about Speedify and the Slate 7. Yes-correct. I should have added that, but I posted it quickly. -Should also have the capability of signal bonding as all 3 of those routers do with OpenWRT. Basically, where this comes from is I’ve heard mix reviews of all t

Slate 7 - UI Admin Panel, but NO INTERNET?
I’m starting to question that myself? However, a couple of people I know run similar setups for wireless cameras at youth sports facilities, and have shown me speed tests and real-world implementation that made their streams and connectivity faster when compared to either connectivity option (cellul

How is SL performance when in bypass mode?
Hey-I use mine exclusively in bypass for a “somewhat” (but not totally unique) circumstance of streaming youth sports after binding the signal with a cellular via GL.iNet router. I’ve tested SL router for distance and Speed. While Speed was negligible difference (one day SL slightly up; next day the
