NUT65 - my thockiest board so far.
I've been rocking mine for a week now. What an incredible piece it is. I come from a Keychron V1 and this one is light-years ahead in all aspects. I built mine with womier double-shot PBT keycaps and Huano Sakura switches. The combination is incredible, thocky as heck! The keyboard works perfectly w

Looking for advice on brands for my first non-gaming brand mechanical keyboard!
I just gifted my sister a 65% keeb that sounds like a handful of river pebbles in your hand — Weikav Nut65 from Ali Express ($80), Duhuk Matcha v4 switches ($40), and CeraKeys ($80 on Black Friday sale). A little over your budget, but I’m SURE it would have still been super creamy with whatever keyc

Nut 65 vs lucky 65v2
The main difference i can see that sticks out would be the color options and that the Nut65 has rgb that shines onto the desk. It also does not have any internal wires if you will be opening it up to mod it. They also have different foam layers/compositions so the sound profile should be different.

KBD67 MKII for 100$ CAD. Good deal?
This is one of the best board from KBD, but it's a thing in the past. for 100 CAD, you can get a Weikav nut65 or Wobkey zen65, which offer more modern features and good sound profiles. EDIT: I have my personal kink for the kbd mkii. Please don't mind me as it was one of my go to board

Looking for a good white keyboard.
I really like my nut65Cu in the creamy white color. It's gorgeous and sounds amazing. There's a regular Nut65 at a much more reasonable price and an almost identical lucky 65v3 as well with slightly different aesthetics and more plate options including iso and split spacebar (plates are sold by weik

Buying Advice: Want a Tofu 65 2.0-like kit...
So i recently got a nut65 CU and I'm incredibly impressed with the sound quality. I daily drove a lucky65v2 for about a year and loved the quality for the price. I got the nut65cu because i was curious what weikav's take on the cu type board would be. It's incredible. If you're in the us, it can be

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer - February 15, 2026
I just got into this scene last year. I'd highly recommend the Nut65. There's a lot to like there for $80 US. 220 grit anodized finish, ball catch assembly, VIA support, a pretty large battery, and tri mode hotswappable pcb. You can also buy additional plates in different materials, as well as a thi

Are Gateron Oil Kings good for typing?
I love thock, but I also love typing feedback on linear switches, but because Gateron oil king is mushy, it gives less feedback but it sounds good, almost like a silent switch with more volume. So I would say yes for the sound but no for typing feel. If you want good experience with it, you will nee

Recent 65% Builds (Zoom65 V3 / Neo65 / NK65) — Looking for budget 65% inspiration
I own a couple of Nut65s. One has a brass plate, an aftermarket 1.6mm PCB (no flex cuts), HMX Firecrackers, and cheap-ish ABS keycaps. The other one has a FR4 plate (non flex cuts), stock PCB, Gateron Type R switches, and Drop MT3 keycaps. I enjoy both, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them. The
