Unfortunately not any mechanical keyboard can be used with macs. Most cheap keyboards like Aula are windows only. They will work on mac but with a windows layout. Within that budget, Akko is the best to be honest. There's also wobkey with their rainy 75. As much as I want to recommend weikav with their Lucky65 and Nut65 boards, the quality control on their pcb can be a hit or miss. Nuphy and Lofree are good boards but they might not be the form factor youre l

nut65 is much more updated on the firmware and quality as far as im concerned, its what i mainly suggest if people want to try good mech keyboards without breaking the bank, with weikav, they mostly use linears with their pre builts

For gaming, many will suggest an HE keyboard, though i haven't used HE stitches that really feel as good as the regular mechanical switches i prefer(luciola and blue bubblegum for linear, type-r and quinn for tactile) and i game just fine with regular mechanical keyboards. I prefer a 65% keyboard. I
