Best Computer Monitor for Graphic Designers?
You need certain things in a design monitor. Here's what I cared about most. Pixel type: IPS - There are VA and IPS pixel types. VA are more prone to burn in on your screen, and they are horrible for looking at unless you're dead straight on. 4k - really important if you're going for a 32"+ monitor.

RDR2 with lossless scaling is insanely good
This. And also the lower resolution and stick input help make the additional input latency and artifacts from the frame gen less noticeable. This may sound bad to you but I personally use lossless scaling (upscaling and frame gen) for helldivers 2 on my 4k screen with mouse+keyboard. Allows me to go

Is A "$500" QD-OLED Worth It? - MSI MAG 273QP X24 Review
I had that monitor and would not recommend it. The local dimming algorithm is ass and looks horrible in HDR mode, especially around white text on a black background. The KTC M32P10 is much better, but it may have QA issues. The Gigabyte M32U is also much better, but it didn't get bright enough for m

Monitor recommendations for WFH
As someone who writes code all day, don’t get an OLED monitor if your primary use case is productivity. The text fringing on mine is a strain on my eyes after a while and I much prefer using my 32” 4K Gigabyte M32U.

Advice needed: is there a “do-everything” monitor?
I think if you want to do a lot of static work, an IPS is your best bet because you can get a high resolution, high refresh rate IPS that will have good response times and motion clarity, not colour fringing and no burn-in. Personally, I recently got a 32" 4K QD-OLED that I use for both gaming and 2

I can't find any non curved monitors with a VA panel
I have a flat VA screen. It's only a few days old. An MSI MAG 274QPF X30MV. It's a Mini LED one. First VA screen I've ever had. It was a direct replacement for an 18 month old MAG 274QRF QD E2 IPS that failed and couldn't be repaired. In between I had borrowed a friends spare Gigabyte M32U, also an

Black Friday Preparedness
With that set up and use case, I’d probably go with a 32” 4k, 144hz monitor unless you care about playing on ultra graphics settings, which in that case go with a 27” 1440p 240hz monitor. If you have a high budget, go with an OLED monitor for best contrast and colors, but also not absolutely necessa

Are there any impressive 32 inch 4k IPS monitors this year?
I'm in the same boat and the only one I've found so far that ticks all my boxes (since I want USB-C video/charging for my MacBook as well), for a reasonable price, is the Gigabyte M32U. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet so I can’t share any experience with it though. Reviews are mostly positive from
