This is correct. Although you can "enable" g-sync and you may think its working, it's not. It also forces a form of v-sync that drastically increases latency. "However, there are some issues. When the user interface is flipped in Windows' display settings, it seems to apply some form of V-SYNC even

Horizontal lines slowly started appearing on my GIGABYTE M27Q X 27 Monitor just after 5 months.
The whole M27Q X line up is defective, they have even discontinued it. The service centre person said that even if my monitor get fixed, the lines are gonna appear sooner again. Also I just couldn't wait till RMA, so went ahead and bought LG since the brand is more reliable. From what I've heard fro

My setup Not - “in dead end”.
Fake washed out HDR M27Q vs the real hdr on Aoc, you will see 600% difference when u play HDR games like Last of us flashlight in dark from, horizon forbidden west will show the biggest difference of all, the world will look different…you just have to setup hdr in ps5 and in games perfectly. Horizontal lines, visible at 60Hz, flicker at 240Hz on M27Q X
My M27Q X started doing this too a few days ago, wondering if it's cooked as well. I wonder if other similar monitors have this problem, since when I bought this monitor a few years ago, I saw people talking about how gigabyte isn't the best brand for monitors. I wonder if that's related.

My new rig
Hey it’s not my problem or just a thing of going outside to touch some wood 🪵haha. There is a lot of post of gigabyte monitors failing (dead pixels, panel failures, gf27f and m27q broken over a year of use, g24f2 also broken ), so its something concerning. If giga products are good in general someth

My first PC Build at the ripe age of almost 30
Make sure it's not BGR instead of RGB. My M27Q is BGR and the text rendering wears my eyes out. They can be flipped, but I'd just avoid it altogether.
