first of all, stick to Intel version mini PCs since they have better performance in video encoding and decoding. In your case, powerful CPU is not necessary in your set up. If you have enough budget, get a GEEKOM IT12 i5-12450H. Otherwise, get a GEEKOM Air12 with N150 CPU

My GEEKOM Air12 handles this just fine and it was only a bit over $200.
