Garmin forerunner 955 solar, it’s probably a little out of your budget, it’s 2 generations old but has an insane battery life. I’ve had mine 2 years and I wear it everyday. I can get over 10hrs of GPS running before I need a charge and with no gps a charge is good for close to 2 weeks.

I can't really answer the question, but I just ordered a Pace Pro after I've had two Forerunner 955 Solars die on me in the past 2.5 years. First time they sent me a replacement for like $100.
