Every now and then these tiny parallel lines appear on my face

Yes! Man, that could be it. I have a Garmin Fenix 7 and the original bracelet that came with the watch, that must be it. Man, I thought about going to the dermatologist about this, but this must be it. I had no idea I liked to sleep on my hand. How did you know? šŸ˜… You solved a big riddle for me, it

How often do you charge your Garmin?

1-2x per week. 20-30%. 100%. Performance seems stable for the last year. It’s about a year old. Fenix 7 Pro Solar. Is this for your own curiosity?

Watches? What are people wearing out there.

Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Solar. The F7 was the first with touchscreen, which makes using maps much easier. And, battery life is outstanding

How do you track a long ultra run when most watches battery lifes die after 20- 40 hrs? Also is the garmin 965 a good watch for running ultra marathons?

There are a few models now that can stretch to 80-100 hours or even longer if you configure them right: Large 51 mm models of Garmin Fenix 7 and Fenix 8 Garmin Enduro 2 and 3 Coros Vertix 1 and 2 Suunto Vertical 1 and 2 I think even Suunto Race 1 and 2 could be stretched to 75-80, Coros Apex should

Im no expert in garmin watches and this be my 1st one, coming from Galaxy watch 5pro. Asking for recommendations between this 2.

With just 40$ difference, I'd definitely choose the Fenix 7 Pro.

Is MIP watch screen really worth it??

I've gone from a Galaxy Ultra to an MIP Fenix 7 Pro and I think it prefer it personally. I don't need another bright colourful screen in my life, let alone attached to my wrist.

Garmin Epix 2 vs Suunto Race 2

Are you sure about Garmin discontinuing the support for Epix 2? In my understanding they do not offer the new features for ā€F7 line-upā€ buy do bring any essential security updates and bug fixes. Anyhow, I do understand your frustration towards Garmin as I’ve spied the conversations and updates about

Using ,,pause,, on trail running

Don’t need to pause on advanced watches. With my Fenix 7, when in Ultra Run mode, if I physically stop it will assume I’m at an aid station and start counting that as non-moving time.

Garmin users are getting screwed, and most don’t even realize it

If anything I wish my Fenix 8 had the UI from the 7. I prefer the full size glances and I think the activities menu is a step backward.

Out with the new, in with the old!

You have picked one of the greatest watches Garmin has released ever, IMO. The Fenix 7 Pro SS is one of the goats.
