Is $120-$150 for a barely working, but clean inside, Gaggia Classic 2011 SIN 035, worth it?

Really!?! Even if it’s $150? Let’s say it’s messed up bad, how much extra will the fix be? Will it still be worth it? I’m really thinking I should.
