Is The Gaggia E24 and E24 Pro the same?
The E24 Pro model doesn't exist. It's just a marketing ploy. People like "Pro" things. Yes! Of course I want the Pro version for the same price! There's the Gaggia Classic E24 and the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro (it was discontinued a year and a half ago). Gaggia no longer produces models with the "Pro"

Gaggia Evo Pro + Gaggia MDF55 or Gaggia E24 + DF54 [$1000]
My understanding is the MDF55 is a repackaged Eureka Specialita. I used to have a Specialita, and I wouldn't recommend it. The Gaggia Classic Pro Evo has a coated aluminum boiler and the coating is prone to flaking off. Do a Google search for "boilergate" for more info. Some vendors such as Whole La
