Justifying buying an XF10

Haha this could be me I'm on a overseas trip now with the original gr apsc I picked up cheap due to 2 spots of dust (Aud$430) . I have loved the size but I'm a Fuji fanboy . I've found it struggled with high contrast even more them older Fuji but I'm guessing newer models are a lot better .the big a

Moving from Sony to either Fuji or OM....the OM-3 seems to have everything I want, but....the "Fuji color" and other features are making me second guess

Ive been using fuji for around a decade. The xt10, the xt20, xt30ii, the xt3 and xt5 and the x100vi. in everyday and for paid work. ive also used the sony a7iv, the canon r6ii and now the om3. I promise you there is nothing magic about the fujis. they are fun to shoot, but the quality get worse and

Why did you chose Nikon ?

Same here. I wanted what the Zf offers since I first started photography in 2018. I used Canon DSLR's until this year. I tried the fujifilm X-T10 briefly but it didn't scratch that itch. When the Zf came out I HAD to have it. I sold all my Canon stuff and bought the Zf and 40/2 used, then have slowl

Looking for cheap digital camera with film sims

The Xtrans II sensor is still my favourite when it comes to jpegs, I personally think it's the most "filmic". Although it is slow it is still nice to shoot with, although not giving the sharpest image. So id say anything with that sensor. Xpro 1, XE2, XT10, X100S. Some you'll find for under $400. I

Fujifilm X for a debutant

Cant argue with you about the Sim dial. I think its a waste of space. I ran thru the Sims when I got the camera, Velvia Pro Neg Hi and Monochrome my faves, the XT10 doesnt have Acros. Shot a show Saturday and ALL 300+ shots were taken with Pro Neg Hi……then even tho I got a Fuji to go SOOC I had to s

What is the cheapest camera that has film simulation?

If you want some weather resistance the xt1 but for me xt10 is a good camera. Size wise smaller then xt1 and similar to xe1/2 ( and x100 models if pancake lens ) . It has a Viewfinder and tilt screen where the xe1/2/3 and early x100 models had fixed screen . Has some nice physical dials and a flash
