X-Pro3

I know exactly what I'd be using: a Fujifilm X-Pro3 with the 14/2.8, 18/2, 35/1.4, 56/1.2, and 50-140. The X-Pro3 is my favorite non-M camera.

Yes, very similar to a digital M body, but much cheaper! :) Fujifilm bodies like the X-T5 or X-Pro3 (or older models) are also great choices for this.

The Sony and Ricoh are not weather-sealed. I would suggest looking for a used Fujifilm X-Pro3 or X-Pro2; those cameras are so durable you could even hammer nails with them.

True to that! Fujifilm out down themselves on this one. Only one camera has true optical zoom OVF. Even x-pro3 lost that feature. While people using digital zoom to focus.
