If Leica didn't exist, what other brand would you be using?
I know exactly what I'd be using: a Fujifilm X-Pro3 with the 14/2.8, 18/2, 35/1.4, 56/1.2, and 50-140. The X-Pro3 is my favorite non-M camera.

Fujifilm GFX100RF vs Leica Q3 — Size Comparison Surprises
I haven’t been fortunate to try the 100RF, but I ended up with the Q3 43, and I have to say, I’m surprised. What a camera… Funny enough, I had already seen your photos from Japan… love them! 🔥 Fujifilm has always been damn good when it comes to build quality. For example, I’d say their paint jobs ar

Finally got my hands on a digital Leica (M10)
Wow, congrats! I did almost the exact same thing a few months ago: getting rid of my beloved X-Pro3 because I was tired of it being almost a rangefinder to pick up an M10-P. Hope you like yours as well as I like mine!

Adapting m glass to Fuji
It should work, nothing much to roast you tbh as I’m sure quite a good no of people do it. Back then when I couldn’t afford a M digital body i also adapted M lenses to a X-mount body & the results are really nice in their own way https://keithwee.com/2020/03/17/adapting-the-46-years-old-leica-35mm-s

Personal item ONLY for 2-week Europe summer trip
I always travel with either my Fujifilm X-T5 or X-Pro3 with 2 or 3 primes. I enjoy it, it brings joy. I went through many iterations of bags. First Wandrd Prvke 31L. It was too big, but I did manage to carry my work laptop, camera and cycling clothing. 2 week work trip Then a Lowepro Fastpack BP 150

Film Photography and Minimalism
Yes, very similar to a digital M body, but much cheaper! :) Fujifilm bodies like the X-T5 or X-Pro3 (or older models) are also great choices for this.

What is your go to camera? Currently using Fuji X70. Any Fuji, Ricoh users around?
I've been GR-curious as well. My ski camera is currently a Pentax K-3 mk III which is a bit on the chunky side but I love the pics and ergonomics. I often just bring the 40mm pancake (~60mm FF equivalent) and it's been pretty good for me. Or the 20-40mm zoom is pretty good and compact too. But I dre

Anybody switched from Fuji to LUMIX mainly photography?
I’ve gone through the Fujifilm X form factors for 2 years. X-T2, X-M1, X-A1, X-E2, until getting the X-Pro3.That last one didn’t have HDMI output. I had been tinkering with adapting vintage lenses, so it made more senses to use a full frame sensor. I was attracted by the fact that the L-Mount allian

Anyone return to DSLR after using mirrorless?
I used a Nikon D70 as my first camera and I liked it. Moved on to Sony A7ii, and loved the upgrade and lighter body, but I couldn't love the EVF, so I moved on to Fujifilm X-Pro3. Its OVF was nice, but still didn't quite like the focus-by-wire, so I went to Leica rangefinder.

Unlucky buyer or is it always the case with those cameras?
I bought mine used in 2011. The mirror fell out in 2016, which Canon fixed free of charge. Imagine if Fujifilm would honor this on the X-Pro3 ribbon cable…maybe I would own one.
