Do not use this controller!!!

Literally every other gaming mouse or mechanical gaming keyboard has the ability to do turbo and macros. Millions of players use these peripherals every day and have no problem (having the ability is not a problem, unless they specifically enable those features) The controller in the OP, the Flydigi

Does anyone use a Flydigi Vader 5 Pro?

Sorry, I should have been clearer 😅 Remaps work prefectly. And macros kind of work/kind of don't, thoug it's currently being worked on: https://github.com/BANANASJIM/padctl/issues/72 It's very possible that by the time you get the controller the issue will be entierly resolved. One more thing I forg

Anyone managed to play a whole gameloop with gamepad?

I had to create my custom software to be able to do it, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I have a Flydigi Apex 5, which has 6 extra buttons, I'm mapping them to vjoy, and using multiple "layers" so I'm able to have almost 128 buttons. I have 2 base layers, fps and flight, the main differ

Why is no one recommending the Apex 5?

I have both and prefer the Vader 5 for the physical trigger toggles that turn them into mouse click,on the Apex 5 it’s done through software and you can overpower the trigger stops, there’s still a bit of travel before they activate. The stick tension adjustment is easier on the Vader 5 to use,the Ap

Why is no one recommending the Apex 5?

I don't like either of the 5-series. They left D-Input off of the controllers. That's important for using the extra buttons without using FlyDigi's software. Which not everyone wants to use. That said, I'm not a fan of the adaptive triggers either, and prefer the Vader's tension adjustment, because

Help me decide vader5pro or apex 5

The tension ring stuff was actually fixed recently in a new batch that Flydigi shadowdropped. They now ratchet instead of turning smoothly, so using the sticks doesn't turn the tension rings. The V5Pro sticks can't drift, as they are hall effect. They're the same as the Apex 5. I strongly recommend

Are they removing attack weaving with the new updates coming up?

It’s a no brainer. I didn’t use a macro for the first 5 years I played the game and then I started because I noticed people who used them I couldn’t keep up with. I use a Flydigi Apex 5 controller, it’s got 6 extra buttons than your standard Xbox controller and 2 more than an Elite.
