T1 Pro upgrades

The real obstacle for abrasives is the toolhead, not what the other people said. If you print pa6 cf with the current toolhead but replace just the nozzle to a hardened one, the filament detector is going to get destroyed first, then the 3 hole cht style heatbreak and lastly the non hardened extrude

T1 Pro Hot End won't stop heating.

This is a pic of the mainboard on the FLSUN_T1. The mosfet is bottom right. Notice it has only two pins soldered because the middle was snipped and heatsink instead is used. It's was difficult to replace without damage to pads so be careful.

Your experience

I would say the printer quality is quite inconsistent. I had a T1 that didn’t work out of the box, so I sent it back and bought a T1 Max instead. The chopper settings on the Max feel quite random to me (I print slowly, which may be part of the issue). After tuning the chopper, I get acceptable quali

Look what just showed up!

I don't disagree. I absolutely loved my t1-u and t1-pro. When it works, it is astounding. Fast and makes beautiful things. But yeah, once they broke, it has been a nightmare. After months, I got a replacement item. Then that item broke, or something else broke. I have been through multible motherboa

what is causing the ripples?

well, depends what you call "normal", but just to let you know it's normal for flsun printers, you have to increase Z offset, but still there will be parts of heatbed with nice even surface, and others with weird stuff, too hight, or too low, but besides of that (and that you cannot print with adver

FLSun T1 Pro Extruder (top part where the grippy wheels are internally) jamming ALOT !

(Part 2) Yes Elgoo carbon "CAN" be loud -- in all fairness and rainbows (as reported when fans are MAXED 100%)... but for normal PLA operating the DBs sound is less then ~50dbs or LESS - likely less, 40's dbs to be fully fair, and no bias... but again, its NOT 65-70+dbs ALL THE TIME like the FLSun T

Tips for building custom effector for T1 Pro?

I'm not really focusing on speed, I just want to keep the original capabilities of the machine with the new toolhead. I personally use my T1 Pro for rapid prototyping so I personally don't want to slow my printer down but I can look into cheaper hotends that are reliable. The only problem with makin

Some positivity posting (The end of the saga)

So it’s scumbag behavior to make money selling parts for their machines? Are they supposed to give parts away? Thats not a very profitable business model. Having owned several FLsun printers, from the SR to the S1 and currently owning just an SR and T1 Pro, I can say that their build quality has dec
