Why do they keep releasing mi bands with no major upgrade?
IPhone culture of needing the new item every year? So playing to that crowd. Because Huawei / another maker released a new one? To prevent your customers from switching to a different brand because they have a new model but you don't. Again, the above point = it's very cheap compared to Fitbit, Garm

Fitbit replacement
My Fitbit Luxe finally bit the dust after a few years, so I watched a bunch of videos to understand the difference between the watches and how well they track various metrics. I was considering Garmin, but learned that their sleep tracking isn’t as accurate as Fitbit, Oura or Apple. And sleep tracki

Curious about people's thoughts on the data lately.
I’ve been consistently wearing my Fitbit Luxe for the last five years and I love it. I find the data to be pretty accurate. However recently it doesn’t give you accurate numbers when you’re working out because I had a stress test done and I compared the numbers as the test was happening and it was n

Quiet quitting me
12 years with Fitbit, now I've had Xiaomi Band 9 for over a year. I think the accuracy is equal to my Charge 5. I'm happy with the switch. So a Band 10 would be an accuracy upgrade from your Charge 2. Pros = cost, battery life, nothing blocked by a subscription, more faces than Fitbit Charge had Con

How it started vs How it’s going two years later - Daily planner app that syncs with wearables
This seems cool, but free lifetime would help a lot when I’m strained financially. Also, plenty of apps calculate a stress score from just Apple Watch alone (see Bevel, Livity, so on), so it’d be great to unlock that feature since the only integration you have for stress right now is for Garmin whic

Charge 5 replacement
When my Charge 5 died the exchange rate was bad. So I bought a Xiaomi Band 9, for 1/5th the price of the Charge 6. I was with Fitbit for 12 years and I'm glad I tried something else. My Fitbit's usually lasted 3 years / 3 typhoon seasons. So for the price difference I figured even if it only lasted

Any recommendations for improving REM length?
I´m currently wearing both the Fitbit Luxe and the Xiaomi band 9. Both tell me the exact time I fall asleep and when I wake up. The REM on the Fitbit has always been very low and every night I get about one hour of Awake. The Xiaomi gives me larger REM and doesn't take off "Awake" time from my time

Fitness trackers and wearables.
Have tried the Oura and Ultrahuman, but the RingConn was much better for me as it is invisible when worn. None of them are particularly accurate, however, and the tech is still in its infancy. The Fitbit Luxe is small on the other wrist, but is not perfect. Sadly an Apple Watch or Garmin are way bet

Is the Charge 6 still worth buying?
I adore my Charge 6 and I bought it last year knowing Google is trying to phase them out. (Couldn't resist the sale price!) In the past I've had some of the original Fitbit trackers: I had the original Classic, a Fitbit One, a Luxe, the Versa, and Versa 2. I enjoyed all of them, especially the Versa

Sleep trackers suggestions?
My Fitbit Luxe was less bad than my Garmin Vivosmart 5 for rotating sleep. Had/have to correct its start/end times a fair bit regardless of timing, but that my be more ME/CFS. Graphs the staircase ok.
