I am never ever buying another Fitbit
I am pretty sure fitbit intentionally make their products break immediately after the warranty runs out. My wife’s Luxe died like 2 weeks after the warranty expired, my second Luxe too. Luckily my first Luxe died like 1 week before the warranty ran out so they had to replace it

So long and thanks for all the fish
Same.I've been using a Fitbit daily since 2014. I now have a Luxe that powers off randomly throughout the day. Fitbit's own forums are filled with people complaining about this problem, going back years. No fixes. refunds, and they continued to sell the devices after the comments started pouring in.

Ok what is going on?
Google is killing Fitbit. No new devices.App "tweaks" that make it a misery to use.Constant glitches. They want us to buy Google Pixel Watches. That's what is going on.And it has been, since shortly after the buyout. Time to jump ship, and get used to a new brand's interface and app.I have been looking

My experience with faulty Luxe under warranty (EU)
I had a back and forth with Fitbit for about a month for the same issues with my luxe, they finally agreed to send me a new one. I, however, no longer cared for Fitbit because of how hard that process was so stopped using them completely! (uk based) x

Which Fitbit for a newbie in 2026?
I'm a female with very petite wrists and also prefer a more petite watch, so I went for the Inspire 3. I did purchase the Charge after my Fitbit Luxe gave in , but returned it 4 hrs later because I didn't think I would adjust to the size based on my personal preferences. Something to consider depend

So long and thanks for all the fish
I am having the same problem with my Luxe and if I change the clock face it works for a few days and then it powers off randomly even when there is supposed battery life. My Luxe is about 2.5 years old. I have been using Fitbit for about 11 years. I don’t want to get an I-watch which is what my husb

I’m heartbroken my Versa 4 stopped working a gift from my late husband. I’m gutted
I'm sorry. You can always keep the FitBit. Maybe clasp it around your lamp on your nightstand ? Fitbit devices have become unreliable. I switched to Amazfit after my Luxe broke in way similar to what you describe. But none of that helps get your watch working. If you really really want it working, p

Fitbit Luxe - worth it to buy now?
I have a fitbit luxe, it's great! Idk what updates or support is needed for it tbh it's been the same since I got it when it released. The only issue would be if you're getting it through third party retailers if it'll last long, i have one luxe that lasted me about 2 years before it randomly starte

Fitbit5 problem
I had the same with two different Luxes now. Around the 2 year mark, battery started being completely inconsistent. Some days, I'd have no problem. Other days, I'd go to bed with 80% and wake up to a dead Luxe and a notification at midnight that my battery was low. I'd charge it up to 100%, but then

Inaccurate Distance Tracking on Inspire 3
I had a Luxe too.. it also died just after the warranty. I went to Amazfit and it's been great. The Amazfit Band is about $45 and does a LOT more than the Luxe does. It is bigger, and that is the only complaint. I have. My Luxe would just shut off. It had to be connected to the charger to turn it on.
