It's happening all across the country at the same time. Try a Tor browser or a VPN. If you do use VPN try setting the location to Germany. I am using ExpressVPN. Good luck!

US Phone number & VPN
I use ExpressVPN - it lets me appear to be in the US and also allows me to appear to be in the Philippines for the times I need to look like I am there. I also use Google voice - but I am grandfathered in at my bank and they won’t accept those numbers any more.

Can I access ASB / ANZ banking apps overseas in China?
