X10 Pro Omni

I have owned 3 robot vacuums and done way to much research. I have 2 large dogs, 2 cats, 2 kids and a contractor husband so I have a large expectations. I have the Eufy x10 Pro Omni. Have replaced every part, routine maintenence. All the sudden it is saying that the lid on the unit isn't closed, it is. And it won't empty into the unit. I have to remove and manually clear the dustbin. Of course I am about 12 days out of warranty.

Here's a thread where the roller brush is stuck because "the silver part" of the roller brush drive mechanism is not flush anymore with the black part.
