I have a one year old Eufy x10 that I'm about to kick (again). It's gotten stupid. It was able to switch and detect carpet vs wood floor, but it now just gets stranded and bumps and scruffy the walls. Idk why. Software updates maybe? I would not recommend.

I have the Eufy x10 Pro Omni. Have replaced every part, routine maintenence. All the sudden it is saying that the lid on the unit isn't closed, it is. And it won't empty into the unit. I have to remove and manually clear the dustbin. Of course I am about 12 days out of warranty.
