Video Doorbell E340

I have an E340 for almost a year now and love it. No reliability issues, Love the features and ease of use. I have since installed a base station, 2 outdoor camera flood lights. A garage light. I have also purchased two indoor cameras but haven't installed yet. I like the eufy product so far.

ANOTHER update and some good info for HB3/mechanical chime users. My doorbell and other cameras are working again, with one exception - The mechanical doorbell no longer works. I can go out there and tap the wires and it rings like it should, but the E340 just won't ring the mechanical doorbell now.

Maybe try a full reset in the general settings. That helped my battery issue. I also have mine hardwired with a 24V/40VA transformer and the battery shows it’s fully charged all the time now.
