I have experience with both, the SV08Max is significantly better but still nowhere close to bambu reliability. My Neptune 4 Max sits in a trash pile because the heated bed died.

I will say cc1 is a great machine and very much will say I use mine quite a bit even though just single color. I will also say even though very late to delivering this promise they are appearing to finally come through. Seeing what is all now needing to be done to get the cc1 multicolor capable one

I had a bit of issue with the Neptune 4 max when I first receive it. I was a noob. So I blame myself for not understanding how it work. After a few months of learning and doing the leveling. The machine has been great for over a year now. So far been working fine.
