One month ago I bought 2 3D printers (Elegoo Saturn 16K + Centauri Carbon 2 Combo + Wash & Cure 3.0 + SUNLU SP2 dryer). That's 1200 USD. Korg Modwave + Wavestate + MultiPoly modules costs almost the same. I can't justify it. It just doesn't make sense.

Avoid Bambu. Good printers, but the company sucks. Look at the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2. It's inexpensive and has some good features.

Get an A1 - it will be MUCH kinder to you than any of the others you’ve listed. If your goal is to PRINT stuff that’s the best entry point. Second would be the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2.

Go a little bit over your budget, and get an Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2. Bambu A1 Combo (or A1 mini I guess if you feel like you don't need the extra print space) is a valid option too, but I'd much prefer an enclosed CoreXY in case you ever want to print a part that isn't PLA or PETG.

Despite what others may say, the Elegoo brand was made as a functional and affordable brand to get you a product that isn't overly expensive but it also isn't made to be a "Premium" printer. Most users that print mini's and figures go with either a small fdm printer, or for best quality - resin printing though that requires a special setup and ventilation.
