I pulled out an old ATT WiFi 6 router and my portal still won’t connect. So I tried my phones hotspot and bam everyt

Got new eero pro 7 now wired devices don't work
UPDATE: it is a networking issue not a hardware issue. Thank you all for the help.
Edit: I've tested all the Ethernet jacks and switches by connecting a laptop directly to them and the internet is working. Maybe this is a proxmox issue then?
I recently switched isp to frontier and got a eero pro
