Yep same I have 3 x Eero 6+ in a long old double brick semi and it works a treat. No need to hardwire anything. I used to have TP-Link but the Eeros are much easier to setup and more reliable.

Either eero 6+ or tplink deco. Both easy to setup and will be perfect for your needs.

I bought the eero 6+ back in 2024 and has been great for fixing all the dead zones I had with my security cameras (blink). that's what I meant I think Brainslayer (the DDWRT dev) said they won't be doing DDWRT for Wifi 6/7. To OP's point playing is fine, but a $50 used Eero 6+ or a $150 Eero 7 would probably be a better "idiot proof" solution. I'm a network engineer in day job but use a single Eero 7 at home. Honey like
