Please help :( I’m very confused. Ecovacs X5 pro or eufy x10 😖

Right now, I still have the Ecovacs X2 Omni; it's a piece of work, but I'll repair it to the end. Ecovacs support is very bad, too. The camera stopped working, so I sent it for repair under warranty. They told me it was a Chinese model? It's from Europe, but never mind. They sent it back and charged

Why is the Deebot X2 Omni so bad? Or is my unit defective?

I am not amused with the Deebot X2 experience. The hardware (which is the hard part) is quite okay. But the software for example Map editing is just so bad, I have no words. And I don’t understand why Ecovacs has no pride to updgrade their software. With a bit of AI help this would be done in a few

How is the x2 omni now?

I have an x2 Omni and it now is basically useless it gets an error of brush tangled and the brush is not tangled, I have to hit start button in the app every two minutes when the vacuum gets stuck. With the amount of effort I’d rather vacuum manually myself with a reliable vacuum. Ecovacs is the wor

WARNING: Why you should avoid the Tapo RV50 Pro Omni (2 units, 5 failures)

Ok cool. As long as it is cosmetic, I can deal with that. Also enjoying the Tapo Ecosystem, using a RV30 since June2024 and supper happy with it.Used an Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni for just under 6 months now, and the one mopping plate kept falling out. Considering to buy a RV50 now.

Should I buy the X2 Omni?

Worst product and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought the Ecovacs Omni X2, and it stopped working after just 6 months. Since then, it’s been nothing but a nightmare. After three failed repairs and another 6 months, I still don’t have a working robot. Their customer service is appalling

What you jumping to next?

I just looked what is not too old and has vaccum and wet mopping combined. But ecovacs has mixed reviews - I think they do lack support of their software and bring out too many models that they drop support. All in all not bad but not great.I have a X2 Omni and a T30s - both do the job well. But seems

I'm out $80 to replace a part that should be covered under warranty (but it is not) on my DEEBOT X2 OMNI that I bought just over 3 months ago

I realize this post is months old, but I opened my Deebot X2 to clean out the dog hair from the wheel wells. While disconnecting the Right Bumper Sensor, the connector shattered (Dry and brittle). Also, while doing so, 2 thrust bearings fell out of an unknown location. Support will not assist me in
